On Friday the Thirteenth, 2004, mid
afternoon, the eye-wall of Hurricane Charley moved right over
our business offices. At the end of the day, not much remained in tact in this
area of Florida.
Our offices and the entire building were destroyed that
afternoon, this was also true with of much of
our personal lives.
We were the fortunate ones. We were able to
rebuild and refurnish our offices and homes. We were
able eventually to put the pieces back together.
Through this horrific summer we saw first hand the
efforts of the Salvation Army, their direct
response to our neighborhoods, and our
neighbors. Please help the Salvation Army
so they may continue to help those who need
it the most.
