A smooth, silent tow launched hang glider and also a quiet, agile motorized wing for remote performances that are not near airports. He flies in complete counterpoint to most other air show professionals in the business and this great hearted entertainer always throws in a few surprises during each performance. When asked why he flies, Dan's usual smiling response is, "I have to fly... I can't walk!"

- Essell & Falkner Quicksilver Wingwalking Team...Types of Acts: Light Aircraft Wingwalking Comedy; Twilight Light Show; Amphibious Float Show. The wingwalking act consists of a real nail-biting performance with a death defying 360 "Field-Sobriety Test" with only one foot touching the aircraft. In another routine the duo perform a "Reverse Photo Pass" with the wingwalker taking pictures of the crowd. New for 2001, Jon will “fly” out in front of the aircraft as “Superman” as a tribute to Christopher Reeves. For their finale, Jon and Bob perform their patented "Salute to the Sun" with Jon bending backwards, in front of the aircraft with only the wind and fate holding him up.
